The right method for each surface
Building exteriors and siding are cleaned with a low-pressure soft wash, the same approach as our house washing. Common walkways, entrances and concrete get controlled pressure washing. Where it’s part of the scope, exterior glass is cleaned with our filtered-water window cleaning system, and gutter cleaning or roof and moss cleaning can be added.

We coordinate directly with strata councils and property managers on scope, access and scheduling. Clear information about what’s being cleaned and when makes it easier for the council or manager to keep residents informed.
